Vacuum degasser for the solids control system
Vacuum degasser is also called gas separator. It is arranged the second gas remove. The first is Poor Boy Degasser/ Mud Gas Separator to remove the gas in the drilling fluid which just out the well. The Vacuum degasser is used in the solids control process, usually after the shale shaker. The vacuum degasser removes the small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by the Poor Boy Degasser.
